The United States of America
The United States of America is the world’s main economic driver with most of the world’s major corporations headquartered in the country. The United States boast abundant natural resources and a highly skilled workforce that allows its service based economy to drive the world both financially and scientifically. The United States has a capitalist mixed economy, which is fueled by abundant natural resources, a well-developed infrastructure, and high productivity. The United States is the largest importer of goods and third largest exporter, though exports per capita are relatively low.
The United States has many primary markets with New York leading the way as the main commercial center of the nation. As many of the markets in the United States are highly developed the variation of market terms and conditions from location to location is hard to generalize, even though as a whole the market has seen a great depression in both lease and purchase rates. Many corporations have put expansion plans on hold and have also looked at the possibility of disposing of extra property due to the global economic situation. The market is not expected to make any huge gains in value over the near term, but long term outlook suggests a return to property values previously seen in the U.S.
